We ask that you take extra care when selecting sale items for purchase. Items on sale are nonrefundable and are not for exchange.
Due to additional sales during sale periods, we ask that you be mindful that sale orders may take additional time to process and post. This is in addition to our standard 24 - 72 hour process time.
Please note, if you are using a code for your sale order, you are responsible for entering the code at the checkout. We will not refund your order if you forget to apply the code. This is the responsibility of the buyer and we do not have the staff available to follow up with these kinds of corrections. You may also only use one code, credit or discount per item per order. If an item is already on sale you cannot add a further discount to that item.
For full priced items returns or exchanges may occur for faulty items only. We will not refund or exchange items simply for change of mind or improper sizing etc. If you are unsure about sizing, please reach out to us for help prior to making your purchase. If you do need to process an exchange or return you will need to pay for the postage and will need to contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order to let us know that you intend to return the item/s. You will then need to post the item/s to us within 3 days.
